Created policies for general management, operations and investment.
Directed acquisitions and dispositions of multi-family properties and
directed a 3,200 acre Planned Unit Development including its successful
sale.
Directed ongoing condominium conversion partnerships including profit
distributions and structure for federal tax reporting.
Negotiated the $2.4 billion purchase of the entire asset portfolio of
Credit Bank in Bucharest, Romania.
Negotiated and supervised the development of the Gardens of the
Nativity, City of Bethlehem, for an alliance of Christian churches.
Negotiated all the agreements with the Palestinian National Authority as
well as the participation and future ownership of the Park and Gardens
by the Episcopal Church of Jerusalem.

The sole negotiator for all of the real estate terms and conditions and
made all of
the property selections throughout the U.S. Negotiated all critical
business
points, including the equity requirements, the waiver of interest on the
purchase
money mortgage for the first seven years and payment of cash flow
interest
thereafter.
The Patriot American acquisition was the largest ($3 billion) single
contract for
direct purchase of assets (office buildings and hotels) in the
Resolution Trust
